When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped once a week, every Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Where do you ship?
We only ship orders to addresses in the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address. You will be able to review the available shipping options and shipping cost before completing your purchase.
My order arrived, but the poster I ordered wasn't included. Was it forgotten?
Posters are shipped separately from other items in your order. They may arrive in a separate package, even if the rest of your order has already been delivered.
If your poster has not arrived within a few days of the rest of your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
